Background: Dental implants have been a part of our lives since 1965 when studies Branemark commenced. Today, ever increasing number dental in total or partial edentulous patients provides an outstanding treatment alternative to conventional prosthetic rehabilitation all around the world. However, widespread use has brought alone gradually condition called “disease peri-implant tissues”. The present study was conducted for assessing Homocysteine levels implant failure patients. Materials & methods: A 25 subjects with clinical and radiographic evidence peri-implantitis healthy controls were enrolled. Complete demographic details obtained. Fasting (minimum 12hrs) venous blood samples collected. collected plain vials which will sent laboratory biochemical analysis evaluation systemic parameters both group control group.
